In this CPSC002 Child Trauma Care and Protection Short Course, you will learn the skills and knowledge required to support and protect children and young people who are at risk of harm. You will also learn how to contribute to the continuous improvement of trauma-informed care within a service and to organise, provide and monitor support services within the limits established by an individualised plan. This is a comprehensive program consisting of 3 broad units covering multi-discipline areas including CHCPRT001 – Identify and respond to children and young people at risk CHCMHS007 – Work effectively in trauma-informed care and CHCCCS015 – Provide individualised support.
